What you'll do

First of all, a bit of context. We break the UK into 18 geographic areas. Each area has up to 20 Topps Tiles stores which are led by one Area Business Manager. So yes, it's a role with a big remit and a bigger influence: it's up to you to make sure that your stores –– have the tools they need to hit and exceed your area's sales, profit and customer service KPIs.

Impressive multi-site retail management experience. Drive, ambition and a strong entrepreneurial streak. Plus great leadership skills and the ability to inspire your teams to achieve the business plan. You'll be great at managing through others, and have a talent for spotting and developing talent. We like to grow and develop our own here.

We're not prescriptive about background. You might have experience in retail, hospitality or customer service although personality and attitude are everything. You're the sort of person who wants their teams to deliver. Who'll do everything they can to help them do just that. And, like everyone here, you understand that everything we do is for the benefit of the customer.
